SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • All work begins as soon as your deposit is completed, and all necessary resources have been provided.

  • Acceptance of your proposal, estimate and contract indicates acceptance of the cost/services and gives approval for services to proceed.

  • Any changes to the nature of the work will result in additional costs.

  • Copyright in respect of any work commissioned during any project will remain the property of Luv Design Studio until any balances have been paid for in full.

 

Website Design

 

Milestone Payments

  • 30% deposit upon contract acceptance

  • 30% on approval of website layout design

  • 30% on approval of all final revisions to the website

  • 10% balance due on completion of site launch
     

or 50% Deposit due on receipt of invoice + balance owing on completion of site launch

 

Digital and Print Design

  • 50% deposit due on receipt of invoice

  • Balance to be paid prior to the release of production/print-ready files

 

Social Media Management

  • 50% Deposit and Balance Net 30

  • All balances on any Social Media Management Services are required to be paid before the Automatic Renewal of the following month’s service

  • 30 Day written notice is required for the cancellation of Automatic Service Renewals.

 

Production & Printing Services

  • Full Payment is required on receipt of the invoice
